Your questions about Lastnod
Understanding Lastnod
What is Lastnod?
A control center for a team of AI agents. You hand them your projects; they stick to their roles, remember everything, move forward on their own and bring you decisions ready to make. You keep the direction, or hand it over to them.
How is this different from an assistant like ChatGPT or Claude?
An assistant answers a question, then waits for the next one. A Lastnod team has roles, a task list per project, written memory and its own rhythms: it keeps moving without being chased and picks up tomorrow where it left off. It even uses Claude to do the work.
What exactly is an agent?
An AI session with a role (project lead, secretary, sales, developer, or a role your business needs), its instructions, its memory and the access you give it. It reads its tasks, does them, writes down what it did and moves to the next one.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You talk to them in your own language, in writing or by voice, just like a team.
What the agents do
Do they really get started on their own?
Yes, if you want. A ready task wakes up the agent that must do it; a recurring mission starts it at a set time, every morning or every Monday; and one agent can start another once you allow it.
What can they do on the internet?
Each space has its own browser. Your agents work there, on the sites and accounts you open up to them, and you watch them work live, next to the conversation. Anything that needs your action is waiting for you, open and ready.
Which tools can I connect?
Inbox (Gmail, Microsoft 365, or any regular mailbox), Slack, Discord, Telegram and your LinkedIn posts, with one button or by asking an agent. For everything else, your agents use their browser.
Can they work on my computer?
Yes, if you install it: a small program links your Windows or Linux computer to your agents, for your files, your software and your screen. You disconnect it whenever you want.
Can they send an email or publish without me?
You choose, agent by agent. You can have everything approved before it's sent, or let them send and publish on their own. Lastnod tells you what's at stake, then respects your choice.
Can they make mistakes?
Yes: their work is produced by an AI. That's why everything is written down and easy to review, and why you decide what goes out without your approval.
Your AI and your data
What AI do they run on?
Claude, through your own subscription in your name. Lastnod doesn't resell AI and doesn't charge per agent.
Where do my agents work?
Your choice: hosted by us, in a space in your name kept separate from other customers; or on your own machine, with your files and your browser, while the control center stays with us.
Where is my data?
Hosted in France, with OVHcloud, in your own space. We only use it to run your service: no prospecting, no training an AI model, no reuse for other customers. What your agents send to your AI is processed by its provider, under your contract with them.
Is my data mine?
Yes: your data, your instructions, the rules written for your business and the code of your projects. You export them any time.
Can Lastnod see my space?
We have no standing account in your space. For support, you open access yourself, for however long you choose, and revoke it whenever you want. Only our operations console keeps technical access to the service, limited to keeping it running and secure.
Working as a team
Can I invite a partner or a contractor?
Yes, on a project, with their own role. The number of accounts depends on your plan.
Can I run several businesses?
Yes: each business or activity is a project, with its own team and its own briefing, in one screen.
Subscribing
How much does it cost?
From €79 to €499 excl. VAT per month, depending on speed, accounts and projects; every feature in every plan. Full details are on the Pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
No, but no monthly commitment either: cancel whenever you want.
Who can subscribe?
Professionals, freelancers included. Lastnod isn't offered to individuals.
